The church has the power to bring change to each generation.
We must advance the Kingdom of God by empowering the people of God to fulfill their destinies and bring about the eternal purpose of God on earth.
We are all called to be active participants to see the Kingdom of God advance globally and to be visionaries - ‘seeing’ what the Father is doing, ‘hearing’ His voice and ‘doing’ His will.
Through the prophetic and apostolic dimension, Celebration is emerging as a governmental church to impact cities and influence nations.

The vision must be brought into reality through a strong value system.  The power of covenant relationships with God and people cannot be underestimated. To have a people yoked together in covenant relationships brings about the highest form of inter-dependence and co-operation available to man. Covenants are formed when people love your spirit and love your heart.  They enjoy what is coming from you and thus begin to trust you. Faith, hope and love working within and without  produces an irresistible force for the supernatural power of God to become the norm.
